Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without the need for justification.

This period begins from the day on which the customer (or an authorized third party) has acquired physical possession of the product.

2. Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision clearly, for example, by email to contactlayerforge@gmail.com. You may use the following model form (not mandatory):

Upon receiving the request, we will confirm receipt via email.

Returns that have not been previously communicated by email will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

For the return to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original condition, without improper use or signs of wear. Since our components integrate into rail systems and mechanical platforms, returns of parts showing assembly marks will not be accepted (screw marks, scratches at contact points, or manual modifications).
The proof of purchase or invoice must be included.
The customer must bear the return costs, unless otherwise indicated.

In the event that the returned product shows signs of improper use, wear, or damage, Viking Layer Forge reserves the right to apply a proportional deduction to the refund amount.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases:

Customized or made-to-order products. This includes parts manufactured by 3D printing on demand, with custom measurements, specific modifications, or requested by the customer.
Perishable products or those with an approaching expiration date.
Sealed products that, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, have been unsealed.
Audio/video recordings or software unsealed after delivery.
Digital content not supplied on a physical medium if download has already begun with express consent.

5. Refund

Once the withdrawal is accepted:

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from notification.
Viking Layer Forge may withhold the refund until receiving the product or proof of its shipment.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used, without additional charges.

Return costs:

Voluntary Returns (Withdrawal): In compliance with current regulations, Viking Layer Forge will refund the product amount and original standard shipping costs. However, the direct costs of returning the material (transport costs from the customer’s address to our operating center) will be entirely borne by the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Products: In the event that the return derives from a lack of conformity or an error in the reference sent, Viking Layer Forge will assume all logistics costs and will directly manage the collection or replacement of the component at no cost to the user.

6. Product Return

The product must be returned to the address indicated by email after the request. The packaging must adequately protect the product to avoid damage during transport.
The maximum period for sending the product is 14 calendar days from notification of withdrawal.
It will be considered valid if the customer demonstrates having returned the product within the period.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

In the event of receiving a defective or incorrect product:

The customer must notify immediately to contactlayerforge@gmail.com. Defects must be communicated within a maximum period of 72 hours from receipt of the product.
A description of the problem must be included, and, if possible, images.
Viking Layer Forge will assume the return and replacement costs, or will refund the total amount if the customer so prefers.

8. Disclaimer

Viking Layer Forge is not responsible for damage caused by the use of its products in:

Airsoft replicas (GAS, CO2, HPA and/or AEG).
Real firearms or other devices.
Breakage due to impacts, drops, misuse, or natural wear.

This applies especially to accessories such as grips, rail risers, adapters, slides, etc.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify product compatibility with their replica or equipment before installation or modification. Returns for damage resulting from improper or forced use will not be accepted.

This clause is supported by:

Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, on Consumer Protection.
Regulation (EU) 2019/771, on sales contracts in the EU.
