Hydra-Style Picatinny Mount — Functional Tactical Performance
The Hydra-style Picatinny riser provides a lightweight and rigid solution for larger optics with Picatinny bases, including supported enclosed sights from Aimpoint, Holosun, Sig Sauer and similar manufacturers.
Unlike the model dedicated to Aimpoint Micro optics, this version uses a wider upper base to support a broader range of tactical optics without sacrificing stability.
Practical tactical advantage
The elevated 2.91-inch / approximately 74 mm centerline promotes a natural heads-up posture and rapid acquisition with face protection or NVG. It also creates front-rail clearance for AN/PEQ-style lasers and lights.
An underside management channel routes control cables without interfering with the optic or backup sights, making the mount suitable for compact handguards and advanced setups.
High-performance PA12-CF construction
The mount is FDM-manufactured from PA12-CF carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon. This technical material combines low weight, structural rigidity, thermal resistance and durability under impacts and vibration.
