THE ORIGIN OF VIKING LAYER FORGE
We were born in the workshop, not in an office.
Viking Layer Forge emerged after 7 years of experience in high-demand mechanical environments.
We come from a sector where tolerances and reliability are not suggestions, but requirements.
We decided to transfer that rigor to tactical design to meet a real need.
We are a Spanish brand that does not limit itself to manufacturing parts; we develop solutions.
Each component manufacturing process is designed from scratch using CAD software, optimizing geometries so that the result is functional,
ergonomic and, above all, durable.
ADVANCED MANUFACTURING
WITH TECHNICAL COMPONENTS
At Viking Layer Forge we push the limits of FDM additive manufacturing.
Our production and manufacturing focuses exclusively on the use of advanced technical polymers, reinforced with carbon fiber such as PETG-CF and PA12-CF.
The result? Components with a superior strength-to-weight ratio, capable of withstanding the thermal and mechanical stress of real tactical activity.
FUNCTIONALITY AND INNOVATION
Our design methodology is born from identifying gaps in the current market.
Every part, from the Side-Lock™ retention system to the Hi-Capa slides, is developed using industrial design (CAD) software
to ensure minimal tolerances and real compatibility.
OPERATIONAL VALIDATION
The reliability of Viking Layer Forge is not measured in computer simulations, but in the field.
We collaborate with active personnel from the Armed Forces and Airsoft tactical operators to subject our prototypes to field tests.
Each product iteration incorporates corrections based on operational use , ensuring that the final design responds to the real needs of the user in high-stress situations.
